About
Hi! My name is Lisa Kellighan aka The Hilltop Yogi. I'm a passionate longtime yoga and mindfulness practitioner and teacher. I trained originally in traditional Hatha yoga with my teacher Ian Scorgie in Aberdeen I then went on to do a 500 hour teacher training with Yoga Scotland. My style is continually evolving and I love to teach a more vinyasa based practice these days. However whether you are practicing from the chair or from your mat, my goal is make yoga and mindfulness accessible.
