Service Description
My goal is to make this class accessible but challenging in as safe a way as possible. So we do more of a balanced mix of movements in this class. There is usually an element of flow in this class, sometimes called 'Vinyasa'. This involves gently moving from one pose to another in a smooth and flowing way, paying attention to your breath and of course being kind to yourself. Adopting the yogic attitude of 'Ahimsa' (kindness to yourself and others) is partly what makes yoga asana different from an exercise class. If you come to this class there is the expectation that you are familiar with basic yoga poses and breathing techniques. If in doubt please get in touch. Please remember to inform me of any health issues you may have. Your registration is confirmation you understand this and practice at your own risk. Please bring a mat and a cosy blanket or jumper.

Cancellation Policy
Yoga Classes- To cancel or reschedule please contact Lisa at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelled classes or block bookings will not be refunded but you are welcome to reschedule space permitting. Contact Lisa to sort this out. Missed block book classes cannot be carried over to the next block, but again it may be possible to come along to a different class if we have space. Contact Lisa. Day/Half day Retreats/Workshops- Full refund if cancelled 2 months or more in advance; 50% refund if cancelled 1-2 months in advance; 20% refund if cancelled 1-4 weeks in advance; No refund if cancelled 1 week or less in advance. You may however give or sell your space to someone else but please make sure I know about it. If there is a waiting list and I fill your space, I can then give you a refund.
