You acknowledge that you are participating in yoga classes/retreats offered by The Hilltop Yogi.  You are fully aware that the classes require physical exertion which can possibly cause physical injury. You understand and accept the risks involved. 

Yoga is an extremely safe method of exercise, however it is recommended that you consult with your GP before starting any new exercise program. These sessions are not a substitute for the consultation, diagnosis or treatment by your doctor or other medical professional. If you think you may be suffering from a medical condition you should consult your GP straight away. You should keep The Hilltop Yogi updated on any relevant medical/health-related information and any subsequent changes to that information. If you have any doubts about the suitability of the exercises, you should refer back to your GP/medical professional. You should not disregard or discontinue any medical advice previously given to you, as a result of any guidance/advice given in a class environment. The use of any information provided by The Hilltop Yogi is solely at your own risk.


It is inadvisable to do yoga before 16 of pregnancy. It is also recommended to wait for a minimum of 6 weeks and obtain clearance from your GP or midwife before resuming exercise after birth. The Hilltop Yogi classes are not specifically tailored for pre or post natal yoga or specific conditions, unless specified.


The Hilltop Yogi can accept no liability for personal injury or damages related to participation in a session online via zoom, in person or pre-recorded on or on YouTube.  Yoga should be performed at a pace which feels comfortable for you. If any exercise/movement causes you pain you should stop immediately.

By taking part in yoga classes with The Hilltop Yogi whether in person, live-streamed via Zoom or pre-recorded, you confirm that you are making a voluntary choice to participate and engage in the class and accept all and any risk associated with your decision to participate. You represent and warrant that you are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent your participation in these yoga classes. By taking class with Lisa virtually, in person or via her content online, you understand and agree that Lisa Kellighan has no liability to you for any injury or loss you may suffer in connection with any yoga session.
