Maybe you suffer from anxiety or overwhelm? Maybe you’d like to live with more intention and clarity? Or maybe you’re just curious about how mindfulness can help you live to your fullest potential? If so you’re in the right place to start this transformative journey. This short self paced course can be done as a stand alone course or can be done as an introduction to my 8 week MBLC (Mindfulness Based Living Course). In this course you will get: Lesson 1: Introductory lecture; guidance on posture; intention & motivation; how to structure your practice. Week 1: Mindful eating and settling the mind guided audio Week 2: Body scan meditation and mindful walking guided audio Week 3: 3 minute breathing space guided audio Each section is accompanied by detailed instructions and advice and a questionnaire to encourage reflection and insight. I will be available to answer any questions you might have as you undertake this course.
